Cheese is one of the most important dairy products festival in the world.
The Festival Cheese started in 1997 thanks to a partnership between Slow Food and the town of Bra.
Every second year, the best dairy producers come in Bra from all over the world to present their products, meet other producres and discuss the new trends
Year by year it became one of the most important festival in the world in the field.
Hundreds of thousands of people ususally attend the festival to taste different types of cheese in the narrow streets of the city centre.
Cheese is one of the most important events organised by Slow Food.
The streest of the town are fill with perfumes and flavors.
More than 300 exhibitors from 23 different countries and many workshops and tasting events.
Every corner will ofeer you some cheese to taste and cheerfulness infects everybody.
Dairy products are not the only protagonists of this festival. Cured meat with no neighing or nitrates, wine with no sulfites, sponatenously fermented beers play also a big part in this festival.

To reach the venue there are buses that will start from the train station in Bra and will easily bring you to Barolo.
Collisioni is not only music:
it is arts, culture, workshops, stories, books and words.
The full program offer evrything you would desire: from classic music to hip hop, from comics to best sellers and then workshops and interviews with singers, chefs,
and prominet italian and interantional characters.
The festival will take place in the main concerts area for the music and in the main four squares of Barolo for the workshops and seminars.
Festival Collisioni started in 2009 from a group of wirters and Italian journalists
Yera by year it attracted many famous interpreters of the music scene and several international writers.
Singers and bands like Neil Young Bob Dylan, Jamiroquai, Knopfler, Sting, Negroamaro, Deep Purple centred the stage of the festival and artists like Ammaniti, Saramago, Curziotrota, Pennac, Don DeLillo, Paolo Rossi, Verdone, Fo, Erri DeLuca, Patti Smith, McEwan particapeted to the festival’s seminars and workshops.
All of them tasting a glas of good wine!
